Service boundary

GTM Japan supports local exhibition execution for overseas AI and B2B tech companies. Trade show exhibitor contracts are normally held between the client and the relevant organizer.

Excluded costs

Booth fees, travel, construction, shipping, accommodation, and third-party costs are excluded unless a written scope says otherwise.

Outcomes

GTM Japan supports preparation, staffing, lead handling, and follow-up workflows. Commercial outcomes depend on product, market, timing, booth traffic, and buyer fit.

Human approval

External sends, production CRM writes, public claims, pricing, contract, legal, and compliance language require human approval.
